【cuiJine】美味しいリンゴを求めて～長野県松本市～

ハートピア故郷苑が贈る食品ECサイト「cuiJine」では
主に果物を使用したスムージーを多く販売しています。
果物の食べられない部分だけを捨てて、あとはできるだけ余すところなく使用しています。
畑にある美味しさを全て皆様にお届けしたい！そう考えています(^^)
そして今回の主役である畑(農園)はこちら！
The food e-commerce site "cuiJine" presented by Heartpia Furusato-en Garden sells many smoothies that mainly use fruits.
I throw away only the inedible parts of the fruit and use the rest as much as possible.
I want to deliver all the deliciousness of the fields to everyone! I think so (^^)
And here is the farm that is the leading role this time!

長野県松本市にありますリンゴ農園さんにお邪魔しました～！
Do you know what kind of tree it is? (^^) I visited an apple farm in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture!

こちらのリンゴ農園さんは、すでにルバーブやブルーベリーで
お世話になっている「narifarm」さんという生産農家さんから
ご紹介いただきました！
こういった人との繋がり感謝いたします～(*'ω' *)

This apple farm was introduced by a producer called "narifarm" who has already provided rhubarb and blueberries!
Thank you for your connection with these people ~
いまは「摘花」という作業をされていて、
中心花と呼ばれる真ん中の大きな花を残して
周りの側花を摘み取ります。
そうすることで、不要な養分の浪費を防ぎ、
品質の良いリンゴが出来るんだそうです(^^)
Currently, I am doing a work called "flower picking", and I pick the surrounding side flowers, leaving the large flower in the middle called the central flower.
By doing so, it is possible to prevent unnecessary waste of nutrients and produce good quality apples.
また、木の幹の下の方を白く塗っているのは、
冬から春になって幹が水を吸い始めると
寒さの中で凍ってしまうらしく、
それを白いペンキを塗ることで寒さを防いでいるそうです。
とても丁寧に説明してくださって、すっかりリンゴに魅了されました(*^^*)
収穫は夏の終わり頃から始まるそうで、今から楽しみです！
丁寧に育てていらっしゃるリンゴをcuiJineでは余すところなく使い、
